I've got bills to pay but I also want to have fun. My wife wouldn't be too happy with me spending all our money on Magic. So I found a way to feed my favorite hobby by making a little side money that's just for me.
What is Swagbucks?
Swagbucks.com is a site that pays you to watch videos, answer surveys, shop through their site or even play games.
How much money will I make?
The amount you make is dependent on how much time and effort you want to put in it. It is even easier if you have a spare computer or old phone lying around.
I generally only make a dollar or two per day. But that's $25 to $50 a month extra that goes into my Magic fund.
My wife makes even more than me because she enjoys doing surveys, while I don't.
How do I cash out?
1 swagbuck (SB) = 1 cent.
While there are many gift cards you can choose from, the best way to fund Magic is either getting Amazon or Ebay gift cards or Paypal cash. You can cash out for as little as 300 swagbucks for a $3 Amazon gift card. I generally cash out $25 for Amazon and Paypal. Once per month you can redeem 2200 swagbucks for a $25 gift card.
There are plenty of gift cards to choose from, including restaurants, big box stores or even Visa gift cards.
What do you do to earn swagbucks?
There are many ways to earn SB:

- Discover - Sign up for offers, watch AdscendMedia videos, do RadiumOne offers and videos
- Mobile - You can get 10SB per day in each of the following apps: Swagbucks Watch (TV), EntertaiNow, Lifestylez, Moviecli.ps, Sport.ly, IndyMusic.tv
- Swagbucks Shop - When I purchase items online, I sometimes use Swagbucks shop to get money back in swagbucks. It takes a few weeks to get your bonus this way, but you can generally get anywhere from 1% to 5% or more of your purchase price back.
- Swagbucks Play - You can make 20SB a day by playing Swagasaurus Run and Swag Memory
- Swag IQ - A trivia game they run 6 days a week. Each question you get right is usually worth at least 1 SB with a chance to win a share of the prize pool usually worth $1000 if you get all 10 questions right.
On top of that, there are 2 goals each day. If you hit the first goal (usually between 70 to 100 SB), you get a bonus of 7 to 10 which you get at the end of the month. The second goal is usually higher and you also get bonuses for hitting your goals for 7, 14, 21 days or the entire month.
